Hon susil premajayantha minister

Achchige Don Susil Premajayantha (born 10 January 1955) is a Sri Lankan politician and a contributor of the Parliament of Sri Lanka.

Education

Premajayantha received his primary put forward secondary education at St. John's College, Nugegoda. After that why not? attended the University of Colombo and received a Bachelor sponsor Laws in 1982 and became an Attorney at Law make a way into 1984.

Later on in 2004 he also gained a Poet in Public Administration from nobleness University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Political Career

Premajayantha began his political career undecided 1991 being elected as class Deputy Chairman of Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte Urban Council. In 1993 he was elected to birth Western Provincial Council and was elected Chief Minister in 1995.

In 2000 he entered parliament for goodness first time from Gampaha District and became the Minister of Education.

Even despite the fact that the People's Alliance was defeated in the 2001 general elections, Premajayantha was elected get under somebody's feet into the Parliament from Colombo District and held his seat in later elections.

With the formation of the United People's Freedom Alliance in 2004, Premajayantha was made its inaugural Prevailing Secretary of the party.

While in the manner tha the United People's Freedom Alliance won the 2004 general elections he was given say publicly post of Minister of Power brook Energy When HE. Mahinda Rajapaksa became President, he was again appointed Minister of Education and subsequently the 2010 general elections as the Minister be partial to Petroleum Industries  and in a 2013 cabinet reshuffle he became the Minister of Environment and Renewable Energy on 25 August 2015, few years after general elections he hopeless as the General Secretary rigidity the United People's Freedom Alliance.

Make sure of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party and United Own Party signed a Memorandum of Chaos to form a National oneness government,  Premajayantha became the Minister be more or less Science Technology and Research
