The show was at first titled as Saas Bina Sasural 2 but later was renamed as Sargam Ki Sadhe Satii. The sequel has comedy classic with Anjali Tatrari as Sargam Aparshakti Awasthi and Kunal Saluja as Aparshakti Awasthi(Appu) as leads. Darshan Jariwala reprised for primacy role of Cheddilal Anandilal Awasthi as Aparshakti's father.
